Degree in BSc with Chemistry / Microbiology as a subject
    Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
    Very good competency in using computer programmes
    Should be disciplined and a team player.
    Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
    Should have high integrity.
    Should be able to work extended hours if required.
    Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.

    To answer  and direct calls to the relevant department/division.
    To perform data entry and other necessary work
    To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.
    To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents
    Coordinating with field engineers
    All data entry work
    Call logging and updating the call register daily

    To effectively manage Air Conditioner Annual Maitainance Agreement
    To establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
    To achive sales targets.
    Promoting air-conditioning service to potential customers.

    To coordinate showroom sales.
    Coordinate between sales staff and internal departments
    Build up close links with existing clients
    Preparing reports
    Maintain and update stock levels

   Qualifications in Marketing ( Full / part qualification in  CIM / Diploma in Marketing ) or any other.
    At least one year experience ( Preferably in the IT field )
    Good command in English
    Should be target oriented and willing to take challenges
    Age between 20 -25 years
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Ability to work under pressure
