This leading Pharmaceutical Company has an exciting opening for Medical Delegates; our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Sri Lanka.

You will work strategically to increase the awareness and use of the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts and hospitals and ensure clients are aware of, buy and subsequently use their company's products and doing presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as working with contacts on a one-to-one basis.

You will work closely with the medical team and arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams and building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff, planning work schedules and monthly itinerary. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager and keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.

We are looking for school leavers or with minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceuticals industry, In order to be successful you should have knowledge in basic marketing strategies and Knowledge in basic medicinal treatments and apparatus with excellent communication skills and interested to travel around the country to look for prospect clients and Ability to work to KPIs and should have an attention to detail and should have problem-solving skills, strong research skills, marketing and sales skills, negotiation skills and advanced computer knowledge. You can expect excellent remuneration package with above market rate incentives.
