The ideal candidate should have;
    * A sound educational background
    * Should be Fluent in Sinhala.  Knowledge of Tamil & English will be an added advantage
    *  Age below 30 years
    * Previous experience advantageous.  School leavers also considered
    * Should be hardworking & dynamic.
    * Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
