Customer Service Agents
Customer Service Agents would respond to queries over phone operating 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week.

Requirements :
    *Proficiency in English with Sinhala and / or Tamil.
    *Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    *Should be a good listener and respond accordingly to resolve problems.
    *GCE A/L or O/L qualified.
    *Computer literacy with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.

The selected candidates will be required to work on shift basis.
Closing date 22-05-2011.
Walking interviews from 8 am to 5 pm across the week
