We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, mature and result-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills for the above post. Reporting to the Managing Director, as a member of the management team, the Manager-Human Resources, will possess a sound understanding of all aspects of HR and actively assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures of the Company.

The Job:
Providing leadership in  designing and implementation of all aspects of Human Resource Management systems and processes, including recruitment, remuneration planning, employee benefits, talent retention, performance management, cadre planning, training and development, grievance handling and counseling with the efficiency our dynamic business environment requires.

The prerequisites:
    * A Bachelors Degree from a recognized university OR an acceptable professional qualification in Human Resource Management and Development from a recognized institution in Sri Lanka or abroad.
    * Comprehensive knowledge of all Key Result Areas described above.
    * Excellent communication skills & a flair for strong interpersonal relations.
    * A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity within a well structured organization.
    * A thorough knowledge in labour laws and regulations, including the ability to handle employee relations effectively.

Age :
Preferably below 45 years
