You must be a high caliber individual competent in Microsoft technologies. You will lead a strong and dynamic team, building state of the art solutions using Microsoft and .NET technologies. As we cater to the European market, you will be required to interact with European customers and should be willing to travel overseas at short notice.     * Minimum 5+ years exposure in .NET environment or in a similar capacity
    * Excellent knowledge in OOP/AOP/IOC concepts
    * Strong knowledge and experience in ASP.Net, SQL server
    * Rich Internet Application development experience using Silverlight/AJAX
    * iOS and Android based Mobile application integration experience
    * Experience on enterprise integrations with systems such as  SAP, Oracle
    * Experience in designing cloud based .NET solutions
    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    * BSc or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
    * Microsoft Certification in MCTS or MCSD is advantageous
    * Overseas experience in customer communication, product implementation
