This global information technology (IT) services company providing IT consulting, technology has opportunity for a Head of Sales position to join an established world class fast paced technically innovated software company.

You will plan and carry out local and global sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys and product presentations to customers including seeking out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.

You will analyze and present sales statistics, revenue objectives to determine business
growth potentialand create and implement strategies to recruit & work with potential partners
to promote our telco solutions, provide effective directions to marketing team on creating and
implementing brand strategies and to align sales objectives with marketing activities also
actively participate in the development of the strategic sales & marketing plan for the company
and direct department(s) to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan.

We are looking for a solid candidate who has Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or CIM, CIMA. Masters degree with minimum 10 years of Sales experience with at least 05 years experience in a Managerial capacity in the IT/Telecom Industry. In order to be successful you should have good understanding of IT/Telecom\mobile solutions to drive a growing business and proven records in managing major accounts, customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.  The ideal person would be a talented, dynamic self motivated professional, having a strong desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace with excellent track record on the same line of business.
