Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Marketing coordinator in IT or similar industry Proficient in written and spoken English
Computer skills in MS Office Application
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Works with team members to achieve common goals
Ability to interact directly with Finance \ Engineering \ Logistics and Dealer principals’ in an  enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner
Ad-hoc duties as an when required
Some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited to the following

Responsibilities:
Preparing proposals for new prospects with relevant correspondence
Maintain and store customer’s request (ie: Tenders and request for quotation via email, mail, and paper notice), duplication of proposal and payments details etc.
Scheduling & participate in marketing meetings, record minutes as well as preparing sales report of weekly and monthly
Maintain and update marketing client database, engineering database and all marketing materials with current information
Ensure data are accurate and maintains integrity and confidentiality of all from of customer data
Maintain company contract file and distribute new contracts and contract checklists as needed
Undertake marketing activities (ie: marketing, retail sales events, displays, direct mail campaigns, press advertising, internet advertising and more)
Providing general office support to Management and department staff as needed
