Preferable Qualifications, Experience and Responsibilities

Chief Engineer – (Stationed at Head Office – Matara)
BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience. Act as Chief Engineer Coordinating of multi-Million Construction projects undertaken by the company with good understanding of site processes. Contractual Correspondence, Procurements, Tender negotiations, attend to meetings, Excellent P.R. with clients & Consultants, Logistics. Awareness of computer literacy, (Especially for M.S. Projects) etc. in a professional manner.

Technical Officer – (Stationed at Colombo, Galle & Weeraketiya in Hambantota)
NCT in Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years experience or NDT + 2 years acting as a Technical Officer to perform Quality Controlling, Labour supervision Checking & recommendation of sub contractors, Labour contractors, suppliers and direct labour payments Logistics, Awareness of computer literacy and assist the Site Engineer's or Assistant Engineer's works etc. in a professional manner.
