Join This BOI approved limited liability company which is owned by a British company has an exciting Internal Audit Manager position reporting to the COO – Finance Director.

You are primary responsibilities include performing financial, operational, system and process audits of the company’s business units and outsourced operations and responsible for generating the company’s overall internal control of its operation include planning and scoping Audits, meeting with key people within the area being Audited to understand the business and technology processes and identifying the key risks and controls to be assessed and involved in preparation of the audit testing program and assessment of the adequacy of the design and operation of the controls associated with the key risks identified.

You will be tracking of remediation of management action plans to address issues identified during audits and trading risk management, modeling and valuation of financial products including executing audit reviews, communicating issues and findings to management, devising solutions for business improvements, and following-up on corrective actions. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership skills to lead, supervise, manage and motivate the team and establish strong relationship with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

We are looking for a successful candidate who possess full professional qualifications in ICASL or AIB or have a Degree with a 1st or 2nd Class Pass and a minimum of 5 years post qualifying executive experience in internal auditing preferably in the mercantile manufacturing (Apparel) field. You should have strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with solid analytical skills. You must have knowledge on auditing and accounting practices used in large scale complex organizational and fiscal audits, internal control systems, principles of management analysis and organizational design. In order to be successful you must be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment and strong verbal and written communication skills.
