Job Description:
    *  Peer Review of MEP Design for Energy Efficiency, Value Engineering, Accuracy of Design and Correction of all Draftsman Errors – HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, BMS
    * Project Manage the MEP Design for BMS, HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, IT, Communication, Car Park, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Protection etc.
    * Preparation of recommendations on improvements to the design, recommendation on alternate models and parts for sub systems, ROI calculations, report generation
    * Customers Include: Retail Centers, Hotels, Residential, Commercial, District Cooling Plants, etc…

Skills:
    * Must have an experience of at least 5 years in MEP engineering and must have an engineering degree from a reputed university.
    * The candidate shall have experience of working with multinational customers or partners in MEP Design and/or MEP Design reviews for Energy Efficiency and Energy Audits.
    * The ability to create and optimize Energy Models using reputed software is highly preferred.
    * The candidate shall display a good command over the English language (Spoken and Written)
