*Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the field with hardware or related products.
    *(Experience in the cement industry would be advantageous).
    *Age 30 years or below.
    *Should be a resident in Rathnapura District.
    *Capable of riding a motorcycle.
    *Have a good network of contacts within the hardware trade.
