He should have the following aptitudes and qualifications:
   1.BSc/ NDT preferably in Process Engineering
   2.Postgraduate Diploma related to manufacturing
   3.8-10 years experience in the manufacture of Tea products with at least 3 to 5 years post qualifying experience
   4.Age below 35 years
