Ideally you will develop and manage your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates and developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment and advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media including preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants and reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

To be successful, you’ll need to be ambitious and driven to succeed. This industry is a demanding environment. You’ll thrive under pressure and respond proactively and positively to targets. You should possess at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, and you should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation and technical writing skills with marketing and sales skills. You can expect excellent remuneration package with above market rate incentives.
