To accomplish and achieve its goals, the company is looking for a dynamic, highly qualified IT Manager to establish and manager the IT department.

Qualifications – Relevant professional qualification with experience in insurance sector [Premia experience will be an added advantage].

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Will require hands on project management experience in insurance application implementation and deployment
    Develop the IT department
    Develop and maintain sound IT control procedures
    Coordinate with user departments to develop a comprehensive reporting system and also design and generate adhoc reports as the requirement arises.
    Prepare special analysis and recommendations as may be required
    Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
    Awareness of current technology trends in hardware and software
    Ensure IT systems are aligned to business requirements
    Manage, develop and train the IT team
    Assume additional responsibilities as required
