The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age, holding a Degree in Computer Science/IT, with 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity. Trouble shooting skills, PL/SQL, RMAN knowledge and hands on experience in using tools or custom scripts to monitor the health of the database is a must. Oracle certification in DBA track (OCA/OCP) and knowledge about RAC will be an added advantage. The candidate should be willing to work long hours.
