Required
    10 years+ experience of which 5 years+ needs to be in Java, Spring and Hibernate
    Working experience in Unix / Linux environments
    Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

    Agile/XP development, unit testing, domain driven development (DDD)
    Understanding of and exposure to service orientated architectures (SOA)
    JMS, Apache Camel, enterprise service bus, ActiveMQ
    Groovy, Scala
    Gradle
    Hadoop
    Amazon EC2, S3
    XML (XSD/DTD/Messaging)
    NoSQL (eg. MongoDB, Project Voldemort)
    PostgreSQL
    Familiarity with the Eclipse IDE
    Tomcat
