SAH currently implement livelihood assistance projects in North Sri Lanka whit an emphasis on cash transfers, Home Gardening and CBO development. Under the direct supervision of the SAH Country Representative; he / she will be responsible for the following duties.
    Overall responsible for Finance, Administrative, Logistics and Human Resource Management for SAH projects in North Sri Lanka.
    Ensure efficient and effective structures are in place to support smooth functioning between projects and project support in a timely and accountable manner
    Ensure donor compliance and SAH policy and procedures are followed.

Desirable Requirements:
    Degree in Business Administration,
    At least 5 years minimum experience in INGO working in similar capacity
    Professional working language in English and Tamil, Sinhala preferred.
    Ability to work effectively and strategically with SAH team and implementing partner organizations.
    High degree of integrity and discretion
    Good negotiation skills and demonstrated leadership skills
    Ability to coach a team
    Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
    Can meet deadlines and multi task Computer literate, preferably with MS Office
    Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
