McLarens Hotels Limited, a leading player in the hospitality sector seeks a competent professional to take up duties as “Restaurant & Bar Manager” at its flagship entities “Hotel Topaz” and “Tourmaline” in central hills of Kandy.
Restaurant & Bar Manager will be responsible for smooth and flawless operation of the serving areas of the both hotels. His coverage will include all food and beverage outlets, storage and provision areas, food store rooms, waste disposal and sanitation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Hotel School qualification preferably at the diploma level
Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in a star-class hotel)
This position will be based in Kandy.
