Our client a well established multinational company requires a  suitably qualified / experienced individual for the position of HR Manager

Should be a professional with excellent academic records, preferably with a degree from a recognized university / Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM or equivalent qualification.

Should have minimum 03-05 years of experience in similar capacity

Should be fully conversant with all aspects of recruitment & selection,  talent engagement,  learning and development, performance evaluations,  compensation & benefits, industrial & labor laws and must be familiar with all the modern HR Strategies and administration procedures.

Advise & coordinate with all Department Managers on the succession plan and career development plan for staff.   Should be able to attend to and resolve employee issues/grievances.

Ability to handle a HR System
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to interact with all relevant parties across the group with a strong team orientation.

Active and dynamic personality and the passion to work in a methodical manner would be a definite plus
