Join this Sri Lanka’s largest business conglomerate which is one of the market leaders in the Colombo equity market. They are in the look out for experienced analyst to joint their regional team.

You will support the various partner compensation programs including the equity and phantom stock program for more than 600 partners and maintain complex equity models supporting the calculation of share price and other pricing models including prepare and maintain loan schedule and support the preparation of annual book and tax filings also monitor country economic and policy development.

You will analyze and advice on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues and develop and/or maintain various models which assess the impact of key variables on individual and aggregate officer compensation and keep up to date with trends in the banking sector and the impact of equities under coverage.

We are looking for a successful candidate who should possess a finance degree or full qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3-4 years experiences sell side analyst experience covering macro/banking sector and in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis and the technical qualifications include having sound analytical skills and organizational skills. The right candidate will have good communication and writing skills, be self-motivated, resourceful and patient.
