The Scrum Master plays a vital role in a Development Scrum Team being a facilitator & a process champion.

We have four openings for this challenging role.

The applicants are required to have:
• A degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least four years of experience in J2EE technologies as a Senior Software Engineer or as a Senior QA Engineer
• Experience in OOD with UML.
• A good command of English.
• Some experience in leading a software development team.
• Prior experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP will be an added advantage.

Selected candidates will be given a full training on Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Scrum Master Role
