    A recognized degree or professional qualification
    Flawless communication skills in both written and spoken English
    Creativity, an industrious attitude and self motivation with absolute attention to detail
    Independent thinking, and ability  to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
    Two to  three years experience in an operational or administrative role
    Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (a good knowledge of advanced Excel functions will add value) with a working knowledge of PowerPoint
    Ability to build and maintain effectiveworking relationships with all levels of management
    Ability to multi-task while confirming to deadlines

What you will do with us
    This position requires the candidate to work in the capacity of a Resource Coordinator, Project Management Office(PMO) Consultant and Delivery Support
    As the Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for all resource allocations in Quantitative Services.
    Require to coordinate with Delivery Managers to onboard/off board resources in the internal resource tracking application. In addition generate month-end resource reports and circulate to management. Reports also include invoicing related reports from Quantitative Services to finance.
    As PMO consultant you will be facilitating in defining new processes and taking responsibility of all documentation for Quantitative Services Delivery. This role requires interaction with all support services including HR, IT, Application Support, Finance etc.
    As part of Delivery Support the candidate is required to help out with project proposals and presales activities.
