We are looking for (female) Office Administrator + Receptionist with two years of experience.
Requirements:
1. You must have a pleasant and friendly personality, and enjoy working as part of a team.
2. Excellent command of English language – reading and writing
3. High Level of computer literacy – email, word processing, spreadsheets. You will be administering a paperless office which extensively uses office automation technology
4. Mature outlook and able to work with minimal supervision and with initiative.
5. Age: between 25 – 35
6. A post-secondary school qualification will be of advantage
7. 2 years experience in similar capacity in the private sector
About your duties and responsibilities:
1. Telephone reception
2. Office administration
3. Filing, document scanning, and correspondence
4. Ordering of supplies and stationary
5. Co-ordinate transport – vehicle and motorbikes
