The Role
We are looking for motivated performance-orientated and experienced persons, who believe in maintaining standards of performance-targets to manage our area teams of Marketing & Sales Executives as well as the network of Dealer Centers. You are expected to be a role model and be able to develop team members whilst providing active operational support for the line management. The selected candidates will be required to carry out regular reviews in area sales  and actively be involved in staff performance appraisals, to ensure that the  objectives are met and exceeded. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and respond to changing priorities to achieve tasks quickly and efficiently.

The Individual
The ideal candidate should have passed GCE A/L and qualified in CIM/SLIM. Fluency in English and Sinhala / Tamil is essential. You must possess  a minimum of 3-4 years experience as an Area Manager in retail business or in similar capacity in telecom or related industry. It is mandatory  to travel within your region extensively and build rapport with customers, dealer staff, state authorities and the business community alike.

Remuneration
The remuneration package would be on par with the industry norms which will include several  fringe benefits. You will be entitled for an attractive sales commission / bonus scheme which may surpass your expectations depending on your performance. The company will provide you with a suitable Travel + Fuel Allowance to facilitate your official and personal transport requirements.
