Job Responsibilities:
    Support the Engineering teams on new products/feature implementation/node deployment and technical support matters
    Implement network changes and maintenance in accordance with the change management guidelines/process
    Support expansions, upgrades and roll-out of new network infrastructure involving hardware such as routers and switches, associated software, network monitoring, and management systems
    Generate statistical reports on network equipment performance
    Take on additional responsibilities as and when the line function requires

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :
    Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or related field of study.
    Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
    CCNP certification will be an added advantage
    A strong understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MP-BGP, MPLS, TE, Qos
    Possess good level of knowledge in internetworking, IP routing protocols, troubleshooting for MPLS/IP VPN based network
    A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as a team
    Strong focus on customer satisfaction, high initiative level and a good team player
