The Team Lead plays a vital role in a Development Scrum Team being a facilitator & a process champion.

We have one opening for this challenging role.

The applicants must have:
·         A degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university.
·         At least 04 years of experience in J2EE technologies including software design experience and/or leading small teams.
·         Prior experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP will be an added advantage.
·         Excellent communication skill
·         Well organized and Assertive
·         Takes ownership
·         Equally Good in understanding requirements

Selected candidates will be given a full training on Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Scrum Master Role
