We are on the look-out for a competent ‘Senior Merchandiser’ for our reputed client company based in Colombo.

Candidate Profile
- Male candidates below 45 years
- To be responsible for suppliers, factories, imports and brands
- Managing the budget, keeping a tab on shop requirements,
- Taking charge of the Shop visits and gathers correct information for product lines / re-orders and other relevant information,
- Following up of monthly targets and continuation of new product lines
- Maintain a comprehensive data base of all contact details of all supplier categories
- Manage all new walk-in suppliers with their requirements, while strengthening ties with existing supplier base
- Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure suppliers / factories / carriers are paid on time
- Follow up on new styles, new looks based on seasons while pushing for AA items
- Monitoring slow sellers, and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as deem necessary with coordination of Stock controller & Marketing team
- Managing, training and supervising junior staff & team.
- Salary to be around Rs 65,000-75,000
