Your Role:
You will front end with customers who carry in their defective equipment to DMSE Imaging and Printer support. You are responsible for onsite support, documentation relating to jobs accepted, work in progress and job closure on an on-line job tracking system. You need to handle payments for jobs completed. You should excel in customer service skills and ensure customer service delight at all times.

Requirements…
    Good IT knowledge backed by a higher diploma or similar formal qualification for support executives.
    Preferably 2-3 years of proven experience working in similar environments. 
    Good communication skills and technical skills.
    Must be willing to work extended hours to ensure customer delight.
    Preferably be below of 35 years in age
    Pleasing personality
    Result-oriented
    Ability to work independently under pressure.
    You will also to be self-motivated and work independently
