The candidate should meet the following criteria:
    Experience in capturing client requirements for software projects
    Experience in documentation of user requirements
    Experience in interacting with technical team, company management & clients
    Exposure to making proposals
    Minimum 2 years of experience  required

Qualifications:
?         A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Management or Science.
?         Professional qualifications in IT, Marketing, Finance or relevant area would be an added advantage.

Job Description:
The business analyst would work closely with our client to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document. Specifically, the responsibilities would include:

    Understanding business requirements
    Defining the project and scope
    Contribute to effort estimation and costing
    Drafting business requirement specification
    Translating business requirement document to software requirement specification
    Interacting with the client & the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear
    Ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive
    Making proposals
    Work directly with the client & the implementation team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the software solution

Required Competencies:
    Business analysis skills – ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirements
    Understanding of SDLC
    Leadership skills
    Strong negotiating skills
    Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
    Ability to work late hours to meet deadlines
    Ability to work under pressure

Following skills would be considered as an advantage:
    SQL, database design and analysis concepts
    UML
    Microsoft Visio or equivalent
    Experience in financial/stock brokering domain
