A well established group of companies requires a  suitably qualified/experienced individual for the position of Administration/Facilities Manager to be based in Colombo 4.

Requirements:
-           Ideally a retired or semi retired person
-           security/house keeper with experience in a hotel or condominium maintenance.
-           Experience in Office administration
-           Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills and be able to command respect
-           Spoken and written communication in English
-           Basic MS Office.   Some exposure in admin will be a distinct advantage
