POSITION PURPOSE
The holder of this role requires delivering as per client SLAs, Client satisfaction index with the objective of retaining, expanding/growing the current client account and ensuring achievement of profitability targets as per the business plan and agreement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: (To include but not limited to the following)
    To deliver on all SLAs as agreed upon.
    Handle substantial Business single or multiple clients within single or multiple geographical locations
    Ensure Customer/client satisfaction and to enable retention and growth of the account
    To Identify the process/activity areas critical to client to add value to client
    Participate in new business opportunities by either giving inputs at pre or post sale, client meeting/presentations etc.
    Take a lead when on risk management and when crisis situation arise.
    Maintain profitability from client and effectively manage budgets.
    Drive efficiencies, productivity and set industry benchmarks
    Acquisition and retention of talent, growth and development of team members ensuring employee satisfaction
    To enable build a value based organizational culture
    Any other activity or overall responsibility as assigned form time to time as per business requirements and organizational priorities.

SPAN OF CONTROL (PEOPLE, ASSESTS etc)
    Generate a revenue of $ 10m+ per annum
    To manage 500+ employees.

DECISION MAKING / AUTHORITY
    All financial sign offs as per the budget approved.
    Sign off on recruitment and promotion upto the Manager’s position within the operations. (this does not include any position in support function. Needs to however give inputs to the respective functional head as required)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
    Strong business acumen
    Effective problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
    Good Financial Management skills
    Excellent delivery capabilities to drive efficiencies
    Conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget and contracted parameters.
    Good people Management skills
    Ability to operate in multi location metrics organization
    Be a Thought leader (creative problem solving), possesses a clear set of contributions that have resulted in value added to a client.
    Effective Change management skills

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS(ESSESNTIAL/DESIRED)
    A graduate in any discipline with a total work experience of 8- 12 years
    Desirable if the person is a post graduate
    Flexible in dealing with frequent and erratic travel demands
