Job objectives
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of stationaries in IT related stores such as receiving, sating, issuing, distribution and inventory Management for LOLC Group.
Main Duties and responsibilities
Maintain all inventory items at the required level.
Ensure that the requested capex, sundry items and stationaries are dispatched in an accurate and timely manner.
Update all records on a timely basis.
Manage and coordinate all other activities relating to stores function.
Issuing / storing of IT equipment including PC’s.
Required Professional qualification/ Experience / Skills/ personal profile
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, handling inventory management minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated and work under minimum supervision.
Possess good knowledge in MS office packages.
Excellent written and oral communication skill.
Ability/ expertise incoachingin an outsourced environment. ERP system.
