We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Call Centre Executive, Who will work for the Nokia Care Division in colombo.
Job Profile
Handle customer issues related to Nokia mobile devices over the phone.
Carry out necessary activities to ensure efficient and smooth work flow.
Deliver the phones on time as promised.
Have a good relationship with customer’s, related to after sales service and enhance mutual trust and honesty while building the Nokia brand.
Personal and Skills Profile
Part qualified in any recognized marketing courses, plus 01 year working experience in a similar capacity.
Smart person with an outgoing personality, who is loyal to the company and works with dedication to ensure the success of the company.
Result oriented individual with an outgoing personality, who is willing to go the extra mile on behalf of the customer.
Adequate knowledge in three local languages will be an added advantage.
