Responsibilities:
    Ensure all calls to the Company’s main switch board are answered in a prompt, professional and helpful manner and respond to queries and transfer calls as appropriate.
    Ensure all visitors are welcomed in a warm, polite and professional manner and that necessary preparations as outlined in Company procedures are taken – e.g. meeting room bookings, host notification, vehicle parking procedures.
    Receive, open, sort, date and distribute mail to staff daily.
    Frank all mail and deliver to post office daily.
    Attend & manage daily front desk related duties.
    Print, collate and prepare press and information packs for exhibitions and visitors as required.
    Book taxis and couriers for Company staff and visitors as appropriate.
    Maintain taxi and courier service logs and validate invoices received for these services.
    Manage diary of meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are set-up appropriately in advance of meetings.
    Record, manage & monitor office services and daily deliveries.
    Attend to staff hotel bookings, visa arrangements when required.

    Experience in MS office application packages.
    Fluency in English (written and oral) and good communication skills.

Experience & Qualifications:
    Experience in a similar role for 2 to 3 years is a must.
    G. C. E. Advanced Levels.
    Professional qualification in Secretarial studies / Receptionist or equivalent.
