Job Description:
His/her role will be to develop,  manage and promote the various training programmes that  are developed :

    Degree in IT, engineering, business management Postgraduate degree will be an advantage (MBA, PhD).
    Good English communication and writing skills
    Experience in education and training at undergraduate and graduate level
    Good interpersonal skills
    Interest in the areas of sustainability and performance management (experience will be bonus)
    Experience in areas such as Six Sigma, ITIL and Total Quality Management will be an advantage
    Self motivated and self managed
    Results and task oriented.
    Age between 30 and 45.

The candidate will work with the management to develop and manage global training and education programme including publications, Web Based E-Learning system in the areas of Sustainability and Performance Management.

Will be required to travel abroad to work with the  franchisees ( initially in Australia, UAE, Singapore and Malaysia)

The candidate will be part of key management team

Participation in company profit sharing scheme/key employee share option scheme
