A Degree/Diploma in computer science or equivalent qualification.
    Minimum 1 - 2 year experience in a reputed manufacturing organization in a similar capacity
    Should be familiar with help desk operations
    Bank ERP/PC troubleshooting knowledge and IT documentation experience is an added advantage.
