Due to ongoing growth we are now accepting applications from highly skilled, ethical, honest, and hardworking SEO Experts to play a key part in our growth plans over the coming years. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on managing client expectations; you will need to know how to use SEO tools, demonstrate our value (ROI) and retain the clients business in the long term.
 

The Candidate
This position will suit an energetic and hardworking individual with a very professional, polished, positive and genuine persona with a flair for all things online. The candidate should also have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Your Role
Your role will involve providing technical consultancy to clients on all SEO aspects, keyword research, implementation and production of back link strategies, SEO technical analysis, HTML and CMS optimisation

Main Duties
-          Keyword research
-          Link building including Directory, Article and Social Media
-          Keyword mapping & meta tag creation
-          Active management of PPC campaigns
-          Producing SEO reports for clients based on data from search engine analytics
-          Performing SEO Health check reports for sales support
-          Providing strategy & direction for the SEO copy writers
-          Running & creating client keyword ranking reports
-          Provide feedback, reports & improvement analysis to clients
-          Manage online marketing campaigns

Core Competencies
-          Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, thinking critically and checking for errors.
-          Effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
-          Provide analytical and insightful recommendations to clients and team to clients and team
-          Ability to effectively communicate daily campaign performance, analyse results, identify and give reason for variance from goals  

To be successful in this role you need to:
-          Have extensive technical experience in SEO
-          Be solution driven. You can deal with any problem
-          Have an eye for detail
-          Be able to meet deadlines
-          Be a Team player

The selected candidate will require working independently and coordinating work with project managers in Australia & Sri Lanka and should be prepared to work in Australia as and when it is required.
