Lanka Marine Services (Pvt) Limited owned by John Keells Group, is the pioneer supplier of bunker fuel in Sri Lanka. Currently we operate 2 Bunker Tankers and a barge based in the Colombo Harbour and also perform bunker deliveries via road trucks to Colombo, Trincomalee and Galle harbours. We are the principal stockist for six International Oil Majors, namely, BP, Castrol, Mobil, Chevron Texaco and Total Lubricants, Aegean, Feoso, Gulf lubricants and Luk Oil

We are looking for a Marine or Mechanical Engineer who enjoys working in the fast paced environment of Sri Lanka’s leading blue chip company.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the shipping industry with experience in vessel maintenance.

The candidate will responsible for:
·       Operations, maintenance and repair of  company owned vessels
·       Managing the operational costs of vessels
·       Compliance with local and international laws
·       Setting, implementing and monitoring the HSE standards of the Company

Applicant must be able to work in an interdisciplinary team environment, have a highly collaborative work style, be solution driven and be a self initiator.
