    Should have minimum of 3 years experience as a Production Executive in a reputed garment factory.
    Should have the ability to handle 3-5 Production lines consisting of the latest high tech machinery, producing garments while maintaining high quality, production targets and employee supervision.
    Should possess very good communication skills, be independent, well motivated and ability to work long hours with a team.
