MAL invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Accounts Executive, reporting to the Assistant Manager – Finance, and based at Mackinnons Building in Fort.

The incumbent will be responsible for:
    Cashiering
    Preparation of deposit slips for cash & cheques before banking and checking after banking
    Balancing of cash end of the day
    Processing of payments
    Scanning of documents (AR, AP, GL JEs, Bank statements)
    Coding of AR & AP documents
    Monitoring Cash Balances and investing excess funds in Repo

The ideal candidate should posses:
    G.C.E A/L qualification
    Proficiency in MS Office
    Computer literacy
    3 years experience in SAP
    Preferably with Book keeping knowledge
    Stage I of  CIMA/ ACCA/ ICASL would be an added advantage
