A leading company in Sri Lanka, being in business for over a century is looking for a HR Executive for one of its subsidiaries. The subsidiary itself is a unique service provider in the logistics area. The company is looking for an individual who is motivated and dedicated, should be able to handle responsibility and the maturity to work on his/her initiative. The candidate needs to be proactive and should posses the drive for progress. You will have to manage performance functions, recruitment and selection, develop industrial relationships and other HR administrative roles. You need to have a degree in HR from a recognized university and a minimum 2 years of experience preferably in logistics. Your communication skills and your presentation skills should be finely tuned; a true leader with superb analytical and negotiation skills will see a long journey ahead. The remuneration will be decided on the competency of the individual.
The Duties will include.
· Engaging in performance management functions
· Recruiting and selection
· Developing industrial relationships
· Develop solutions for all HR Related issues monitor and evaluate
The Ideal Candidate
· Should be able to work in Kelaniya
· Age Below 35 years
· A degree in HR from a recognized university
· 2 years of industrial experience
· Excellent presentation and communication skills (English is vital)
· Advanced computer knowledge
· Should posses the drive to reach goals and meet deadline
· Proactively solution development ability
