Description
Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
Essential Qualifications
Diploma / HND in Business Management
Excellent communication & business writing skills
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Services with team lead experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Salary - 30,000 LKR
Shift timings - 6:30am-2:30pm / 8:30am - 5:30pm / 2:30pm - 10:30pm /10:30pm - 6:30am
Roster - 24/7 with 1 day off (which would be any day within the week)
