Our open and friendly team which consists of over 100 high caliber IT professionals require an experienced HR Manager ideally from a similar sector, who is ambitious and driven. He/she will direct and manage all HR activities including recruitment, selection, compensation, development and retention of employees. He/she will design, champion and implement HR processes and policies that create and sustain an environment of trust and collaboration.

Job Requirements:
    5+ years experience in a senior HR role
    Should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma / Professional qualification in HR or Management
    A positive attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
    Prior experience in an IT company will be advantageous
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Competency in MS Office related packages
