Accountabilities
    Implement and sustain the most effective work methods/systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate effective production processes.
    Improving machine operators’ performance through method study and work place engineering.
    Monitoring the relevant production parameters and taking action to ensure a smooth flow of production.

Ideal Qualification
    Passed GCE A/L (Preferably in Maths stream).
    Two (03) years experience as an Industrial Engineering Executive or Work study Executive/Officer attached to the reputed garment factory.
    Trade Certificate from a recognized institute would be a perquisite.
    Knowledge in GSD, CMA packages and MPM-2 will be a distinct advantage.
    Age - less than 35 years.

Key knowledge Areas
    In-depth knowledge of all the work-study techniques.
    Sound knowledge of productivity  improvement techniques.
    Knowledge of the incentives schemes.
    Knowledge of time study.
