5* resort / hotel experience of at least 3 yrs
Progressively had moved in career to the Chief Steward position
Is a champion of HACCP
Has practical experience of leading a team of 15-20 Stewards
English both oral/written fluency
Reports to the Executive Chef / Designate
US$ 500 + Service Charge monthly
Free joining & return tickets on completion of 1 year worked
