As the successful candidate you will below 35 years old and possess:
•         Professional qualifications in sales/marketing
•        Strong relationship management skills
•         Experience in a fast paced retail/sales environment
•        A proven ability to develop  and lead a sales team
•        Strong problem solving ability and a ‘can-do’ attitude
•        Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Your role, you will be expected to;
•        Drive the growth of our Auto Spare Part Sales Division
•        Give leadership to a team of sales professionals
•        Get your team to go ‘over & above’ to achieve success
•        Travel extensively to meet and develop our dealer network
•        Achieve  aggressive sales
