Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    3-5 years’ experience in developing production teams in cost effective manner
    A high degree of integrity and professionalism will be must for this position
    Should have excellent oral and written communication skill in English with good negotiation skill and leadership skill 
    Should be conversant in different production facilities in BPO / ITES (Information Technology Enabling Services within Sri Lanka which can be utilized during peak load in case this alternative is to be explored.
