Bachelor in IT or Computer Science/Engineering
    4 years’ experience in J2EE preferred
    Exposure to Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript
    Familiarity with RIA technologies would be an added advantage
    Strong analytical and conceptual skills
    A real team player looking for an excellent opportunity
    Interpersonal and communication skills
    Should have a high level of initiative and follow-through
