JOB PROFILE
To answer and direct calls to the relevant department/division.
To perform data entry and other necessary work
To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.
To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents
Coordinating with field engineers
All data entry work
Call logging and updating the call register daily
PERSONAL & SKILLS PROFILE
Excellent Knowledge in computer literacy.
Efficient communications skills.
Excellent command of English.
Preferance will be given to females who are below 25 years of age.
Should be qulified in GCE (A/L).
Should be disciplined, pro active and self motivated.
Should have the ability to work independently.
School leavers with the above qualifications also could apply.
